Booking conditions

1.   All accommodation offered is available at the time of payment, and at the price quoted.

2.   Rooms are available for occupancy from 2:00pm, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.

3.  Rooms will only be held upon receipt of a deposit, minimum £15.00 per person.

4.   Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

5.   Deposits are required at the time of booking.

6.   Rooms secured with a payment, deposit or full payment, will be held until 4:00pm on day of arrival, unless a later time has been agreed with the proprietors.

7.   Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken, unless we have agreed to a time change.

8.   We can not accept responsibility for loss of guests' property, unless handed in for safe keeping and signed for by a staff member and a receipt handed to the guest.

9.   In the event of curtailment, the person whose name appears on the invoice, will be liable to pay the total cost of the invoice, less an allowance for food and service.

10. Any damages or losses suffered by the proprietors by miss-use or unacceptable behaviour of guests will be charged to the person whose name appears on the invoice.

11. If payment has been made by credit/debit card authorised account number, any payment due owing to curtailment, damage or loss will also be made on this same account number by the proprietors. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

12.The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the guest house or the well being or comfort of other guests or staff.

13.  Bookings made by mobile telephone should also include a land line number or email address in case further contact is needed and no connection is available to the mobile.

14.  Cash payments will only be accepted with a valid proof of identity and address.

15.Cheque payments must be received no less than 2 weeks before the arrival date to allow for clearance.

16. Credit card payments will be subject to a £2.00 handling fee.

17.  It is highly recommended that holiday insurance is taken in respect of booking accommodation in case of unforeseen circumstances.

18.By booking this accommodation you will have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed above.
