What time is check in?
Normally 14:00 but earlier times may arranged in advance.
What time is check out?
We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 on day of departure.
What time is breakfast?
We serve breakfast from 09:00 to 09:30. If you are catching an early train, coach, plane or need to make an early start we can serve breakfast earlier by prior arrangement.
What time do you serve evening meals? Evening meals are served at 18:00 only.
What evening meals do you do?
We do 1, 2 & 3 course meals. The prices are £6, £7 & £8 respectively.
Do you cater for vegetarians?
We do cater for vegetarians, but please inform us at time of enquiry or booking so that we are prepared upon your arrival.

Do you cater for people with special dietary needs?
We can cater for special dietary needs but advanced notification is required.
Do you have ground floor rooms?
No we do not have any ground floor rooms, but full assistance can be given to people needing help with stairs. Extra handrails are fitted on stairways for extra support.
Do you take children?
Unfortunately due to a revamp we are no longer able to take families with more than 1 child & no children under 10 yrs.
Do you take groups?
We do not take single sex, stag or hen groups. We will accept senior citizen parties or if you are taking part in dancing competitions.
Do you take football supporters?
We only take couples & regular guests for football matches.

Are you close to the football ground?
We are about 2-3 minutes walk fromBloomfield Road.
Are you close to the airport?
We are about a 6 minute drive from the airport.
Are you close to the sea?
We are about 3 minute walk to the sea front & trams.
Are you close to public transport?
There are bus stops at the end of the road. From there you can catch buses to the airport, Lytham & St. Anne's, the town centre & beyond to Cleveleys & Fleetwood.
How do we pay for our stay?
We take cash or credit / debit cards only. Please read full terms & conditions. Holiday insurance is recommended we do have forms if required.
Are deposits refundable?
No deposits are non refundable, again see terms & conditions.

Where are you in Blackpool?
We are close to Blackpool F.C.,Lonsdale Road coach & car parks, about 1-2 minute walk, half way between South & central piers, 3 minute walk from sea front. By train 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from Blackpool South station or 6-7 minute drive from Blackpool North station. We are 10-15 minutewalk or 4 minute drive from Bonny Street ( National Express) coach station.
Do you have a bar?
We have a licensed bar for the use of guests.
Do you have entertainment?
We are licensed for entertainment but this depends on the amount of guests staying in for entertainment & the availability of artists.
Do you cater for special events?
If you are having a wedding anniversary or birthday etc. we can arrange for a cake and flowers. Please call to discuss details.
Are you close to the Pleasure Beach?
We are about a 20 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach or you can take the tram or bus.
Can we bring in takeaways?
We do not allow guests to bring takeaways into the rooms. Providing the bar / lounge is still open you are welcome to eat takeaways there.
Can we bring in our own drink?
Under no circumstances are guests allowed to bring into this establishment their own alcohol.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the guest house. A cigarette bin is positioned on the gate on the front wall.
Can you provide us with any other information?
Yes we have welcome folders in all the rooms that have info. such as emergency medical & dental contact numbers, places to go & see, bus & tram time tables. We also have a list of places to eat at, workingman's clubs & pubs & clubs that children are allowed in, plus savers vouchers for places like the Tower, Madame Tussuad's, Sea Life Centre & Sandcastle Water Park.
Are you open all year?
We are open all year with the exception of Christmas when we are closed from 23rd until 27th December.
